Slowly but surely, HDMI is becoming the connectivity solution of the future, with most of the next-generation multimedia playback devices using this interface in order to connect to high-end displays. However, as the number of available HDMI interfaces increases, the problem of connecting all of the aforementioned devices to a single TV set is becoming more and more dire, and this is exactly the reason why the people over at Sima Products have launched the VS-HD14, a 1x4 HDMI distribution amplifier which will certainly prove to be quite useful around the user's home entertainment center.
